Thoughts & Emotions
After 20 years of working with clients, these are some of the emotional skills I've found most useful for making life feel easier, lighter, and more harmonious. It's important to have a technique in your back pocket to be able to let go of long-standing anger & resentment, grow a root self-love, or feel joy when you want to. These are skills. They are learnable. They are a lifeline when we get destabilised.

Some of these courses, like my Felt-Sense course, also give me a chance to explain my methods to you in more depth, as it's hard to get the time to do that in a 1:1.​
I also teach these skills in person during retreats and workshops where you can have the added benefit of my sensing and personal attention. I'll be able to hear if the skill is landing and executing in an embodied way for you, or not. And I can help you bring it into your body if you need help with that.
